German automaker BMW has revealed first US pricing information for its brand-new 2014 4 Series Coupe, which is due to arrive in American dealerships later this summer.
Bigger yet lighter than the outgoing 3 Series Coupe, the 4 Series will be available in three different trims, Sport, Luxury and M Sport. The 2014 BMW 4 Series Coupe will be launched as 428i and 435i models in North America, with xDrive all-wheel drive available as an option on both offerings.
The 428i will sport a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers 240 HP and 255 lb-ft of torque, which will allow the coupe to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 5.7 second and hit an electronically-limited top speed of 155 mph. Powered by the turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six mill that boasts 300 HP and 300 lb-ft of torque, the 435i will be able to 60 mph from a standing start in 5 seconds.
As far as pricing is concerned, the 428i will start at $41,125, including destination and handling, while the 435i will fetch at least $46,925. For the xDrive option, customers will have to pay $2,000 more.
