2014 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Announced, Gets 150 HP 2.0 Diesel and Touchups

Alfa Romeo has just announced what a few touchups for the Giulietta hatchback which will be presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show and will go on sale (in Italy) the next month.
Beyond the touchups that have been made here and there, this poshed-up VW Gold rival gets a decent engine in the form of a 2-liter JTDM diesel with 150 horsepower and 380 Nm of torque (280 lb-ft).

The sexy body of this latin model has been spruced up with a new front grille, chrome-plated frames for the fog light surround and freshly designed 16, 17 and 18 inch wheels. Alfa has also added three new exterior paint schemes (Bronze, Anodizzato Blue and Moonlight Pearl).

Inside, there's a new 5-inch or 6.5-inch Uconnect infotainment system. The 2014 Giulietta also boasts new stowage compartments and wrap-around seats with different trim.
