2014-1 Europe CIC DVD Premium Map for BMW Released

The maps are available through a set of 3 DVDs and include the following countries: Andorra, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Vatican City, Parts of Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Russia, Romania, Slovenia, Turkey, Hungary, and the main road network of other Eastern European countries.

Using these maps will allow you to benefit from the advantages of the Falk Travel Guide, Guided Tours, 3D Objects, 3D City Models and satellite images (for cars from 09/2009) allowing you to plan your trips in detail.

Furthermore, in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Great Britain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Norway, Sweden and the Czech Republic the system will warn you about traffic jams through an app called Jam Warner that uses the Traffic Message Channel function.

The DVD-Set has support for English, French, German, Italian and Spanish and is compatible with the following vehicles:

• 1 Series - E81/82/87/88 release after 8.2009
• 3 Series - E90/91/92/93 release after 8.2009
• 5 Series - E60/61/F10/F11/F07 release after 8.2009
• 7 Series - F01/F02 release after 9.2008
• X series - E70 (X5), E71 (X6) release after 9.2010

However, in order for your DVDs to work, you'll need a FSC code generated by a BMW dealership, using your car's VIN number. Price tags can vary upwards of USD200, depending on your local dealership, and will grant you access for at least a year, until the next version is released.
