Volkswagen means “People’s Car” in German and while the brand might had moved upmarket over the years, it still has some things to offer to the people, like, for example, the 2013 Beetle Convertible, which is now officially the most fuel efficient convertible in America.
The EPA numbers for the 2013 Beetle Convertible are in and the vehicle, in the 2.0-lite TDI diesel and six-speed manual, configuration, returns 28 mpg city and 41 mpg highway.
