Volkswagen USA has made the R-Line package available for the new 2013 CC. The idea here is that you let your dealer click the option for you and you get a sporty look without compromising fuel economy.
The 2013 CC R-Line is offered with the same 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo engine as the Golf GTI, meaning 200 horsepower and a choice of either a six-sped manual or a DSG, also with six cogs. The manual version will set you back $32,195, while the DSG automatic is $1,100 more at $33,295, both prices not including VW’s $825 destination charge.
Compared to the standard 2013 CC, R-Line models have more aggressive front bumper with redesigned foglights, lower side skirts and 18-inch rims. It’s also equipped with Bi-Xenon headlights which integrate LED DRLs, LED tail lights, rain sensing wipers, automatic headlights, dual-zone climate control, heated 12-way adjustable front seats, touch screen infotainment system, Bluetooth and iPod connectivity.
