SRT has become a brand all its own now, with no less than 17,000 Facebook fans to boast with. And now they’ve released a fresh teaser photo of the next generation viper. Only problem is they did such a good job that we can’t tell if its a hood scoop or an air intake.
Whatever the case, this air vent seems to be made of carbon fiber, which is encouraging if it’s not actually plastic wrapped to look like the lightweight material.

Rumor has it that the new Viper is powered by a 8.7-liter V10 that’s supposed to become the new benchmark in American muscle power. Whatever the case, the 2013 SRT Viper will be officially unveiled at the 2012 New York Motor Show on April 6th.
