For those looking for a new cruiser-type motorbike, the all-new 2013 Victory Boardwalk may just be for you. It was revealed but a few days ago and it completed the image we had of it from the teaser perfectly.
It is a very classic-looking cruiser, powered by an air-cooled, four valve per cylinder, fuel-injected 1731cc V-twin, coupled to a six-speed gearbox which drives the rear wheel via a carbon-reinforced belt (like all Victory bikes, for that matter). The engine has a maximum torque figure of 110 lb-ft (149 Nm), but no power output figure seems to be available.
We really enjoyed it from a styling point of view as it just looks right for what it is - a classic-looking cruiser which even has white wall tires, wrapped around 16-inch wheels, which we must admit look very good and suitable on it.
Pricing-wise, in the US, the bike will set you back $15,499 - or around €12,000, despite the fact that official European pricing has yet to be announced.
