The 2013 Triumph Tiger Explorer is not just another adventure bike out there, looking in admiration at the "big boys" and dreaming about better days.
The next season's adventure-touring bike brings a very mean 3-cylinder power unit packing 1215cc and a very competitive combination of 137 PS and 121 Nm (89 ft-lbs) of torque, sworn to never let you down, wherever you might travel, desert and savannah, Nordkapp or Mongolia.

The bike is loaded with a lot of helpful technology, such as switchable ABS, electronic cruise control or traction control, aiding the adventure rider in reaching his destination faster and safer. The super-strong light tubular frame build is backed up by a shaft final drive for maintenance-free riding fun.

With ride-by-wire technology offering the ultimate control over the throttle, the 2013 Triumph Tiger Explorer also comes with serious riding comfort thanks to the Kayaba suspension. A heavy duty, oversized generator makes sure you've got enough power for all the navigation and adventure-specific instruments.

The 2013 Triumph Tiger Explorer comes with a $17,499 (€13,670) MSRP price, and multiple touring accessories are available through dealerships.
