The much awaited Toyota Vios officially launched in Malaysia yesterday and it already got a test drive.
As long queues have formed at every Toyota dealership in the country, Paultan.org tested the new Vios to find out if its worthy.
Their tested model was a top 1.5 G top trim Vios, fitted with an automatic transmission. The revamped exterior with bold shapes and sharp angles offers the sedan a sporty look, while the interior looks and feels almost as luxurious as a Lexus, offering plenty of technology features.
The engine is very quiet while “delivering power in an easy, evenly spread way” through the same four-speed automatic gearbox. Ride and handling are pretty good if you don’t want to dive sideways through each corner, making the Vios G a good-looking comfortable sedan making a good choice for every Malaysian motorist in the segment.
