A decade ago, buying an SUV for under $25,000 meant you were getting a poorly built piece of rubbish with an engine that rattle and a nasty interior. But in 2013, the market is crowded with some of the best crossovers we've ever seen, and the new RAV4 is right up there with them.
Kelly Blue Book just released a top 10 list of what it thinks are some of the best SUVs you can get from under $25,000 on which the RAV4 places very highly at number 4.
"Dressed in a sleek new suit for 2013 that boasts contemporary lines and loses the bulging rear-mounted spare tire, Toyota's venerable compact SUV crossover returns in fashionable form to the segment it created two decades ago. Under the sheetmetal, the fresh RAV4 gains amenities to help you stay connected and comfortable, and technology to keep you safe and sound," KBB reports.
