If you think about it, some automakers are using social media rather crudely to tease us with their new products. It’s a bit like showing children only a corner of their present so they feel like being in your graces if they want more. Since we doubt the current Dodge Viper owners car about teasers that much, this is a bit like that, but still we have to do our job and give this photo of the 2013 SRT Viper’s interior.
What we see is a red and black interior that matches the exterior. You sit deep in the car in some red buckets, cocooned in right over the rear axle. The center console places the shifter closer to the driver, followed by a normal handbrake lever wrapped in black leather with red stitching. As far as we can tell the passenger is supposed to hang on for dear life from that handle.
The 2013 Viper will be fully revealed at next week’s 2012 New York International Auto Show, so stay tuned.
