The 2013 Renault Clio has a bit of the playful attitude the Clios of old have accustomed us with, as we found out during our test drive. Sure, nowadays the always-on ESP tames everything, but you can still have a bit of fun.
The Clio 4 has a setup that allows it to swiftly follow your commands inside the city. However, the car is still very easy to drive, albeit with the exception of the fact that you have to work a bit to keep the 0.9 turbocharged petrol unit in the mid-range rev that helps the efficiency.
The Clio shows a smiley face, but the car now takes itself much more seriously than in the past. Here, it’s almost as if it’s trying to look menacing or something.
The cabin of the Clio is just as funky as the exterior, but your fingers won’t be entirely pleased, as some of the materials let it down. However, there’s plenty of space (for its class) and visual drama, as you can see in the Full HD photo gallery of our 2013 Renault Clio test drive.
