The e-game is on: Amarok has announced they'll also be racing at the Pikes Peak hill climb event with the P1A machine, having no other than Greg Tracy aboard.
A driver, rider and stuntman, Greg Tracy has already beaten the 10-minute barrier at the Pikes Peak course aboard a Ducati. Six-time winner at the PPIHC, Tracy is one of the best riders to match his skills and the potential of the Amarok P1A with the very difficult, 156-turn course.

The PPIHC track is now paved, and Greg Tracy is clearly aiming to beat the existing record for electric bikes. Chip Yates completed the course in 12m50s094 and we're really looking forward to see this year's e-bikes fight.

The Pikes Peak electric bike challenge is even more interesting as these bikes are not suffering from the power loss ICE bikes have to deal with at high altitude, and this means the green machines will be significantly faster in the final sectors of the course. Which is, by all means, extremely thrilling!
