2013 Porsche Cayman Rendering Released

Porsche is currently working full throttle to give the world more and more of its spirit, with the carmaker refreshing a vast percentage of its line-up. The 911 Carrera and Carrera S have already debuted and now we’re waiting for more special models of the new 991 generation.

While we’re doing that, the German carmaker is keeping us busy with its mid-engined cars. Porsche debuted the 2013 Boxster at the Geneva Motor Show last week and we have to tell you that they are just stunning.

Now, we are looking forward to meeting the Boxster’s coupe brother, the Cayman. We are now giving you a rendering of the vehicle, which shows it in the colored used by Porsche to present the current Cayman R.

The vehicle will borrow its engines form the Boxster, which means that we’ll get a 2.7-liter flat six delivering 265 hp, as well as a 3.4-liter flat six with 315 hp for the “S” version. As we are talking about a coupe, the handling will be sharper, especially since we’re talking about a car that will benefit from all of Porsche’s experience of refining the 911 over five decades of existence.
