Nissan’s all-new 2013 Pathfinder SUV is making its video debut in a couple of feature presentations from the US division that promote its fuel-saving CVT (continuously variable transmission) and cool interior.
The 2013 Pathfinder comes with a flexible three-row seating arrangement for seven people. One of the videos shows the flat-folding benches that create a cavernous loading bay and the Pathfinder's EZ Flex Seating System with Latch And Glide technology in action.
“This innovative system lets you tilt and slide the 2nd-row seat even with a child seat still installed. (But not with the child in it, of course.) The second row slides over five inches, which means you can also create more leg room where you need it,” Nissan says.
Right now, all we know about the Pathfinder is that it will be a unibody crossover, unlike the old model that used body-on-frame construction. It should be available in America by the end of the year.
