Just like they've announced, Team Blue have unveiled their 2013 YZR-M1 at Jerez, prior to the last official test of the pre-season.
With two stars in the team now, Yamaha is aiming to bring more excitement to the MotoGP series. The reigning champion Jorge Lorenzo is joined by legendary Valentino Rossi in 2013, returned to the team he loved so much after a leave of 2 years spent aboard Ducati factory team's bikes.

A lot of things changed since this rider combo was last in existence, Lin Jarvis, Managing Director of Yamaha Motor Racing Srl adds. It's also been back in 2010 when Yamaha last won the Teams' and Constructors' titles, and now they hope to bring back those glory days. Yamaha's new slogan adopted from 2013 is "Revs Your Heart".

We are waiting for more official videos and press pictures soon, as well as to see the results of the Jerez test, scheduled March 23-25, for the full MotoGP field. The Jerez test is the final indicator of how the 2013 season will start, and so far we've seen Honda's Pedrosa and Marquez being consistently faster than the Yamaha riders, with the rookie (Marquez) showing an astonishing evolution.
