The MINI Clubman was launched as a proposition for those customers that felt the MINI Hatch was a little too small and crowded for regular people. The British therefore created a bigger version.
The new model is bigger than the hatch by 80 mm therefore allowing the engineers to add a 3rd door to the mix. Yeah, that's right, the Clubman has 3 doors, in an attempt to ease the access to the back seats. Unfortunately for right-hand-drive countries, the extra door is on the right side and might be hard to use.
Inside, you'll find plenty of room, even for tall people (and by tall, we mean 6 feet) and the overall design will be very familiar if you're accustomed to the MINI styling cues, with plenty of storage compartments (either hidden or out in the open).
Sure, you will find cheaper and even more practical hatchback models (it's hard to compete with the almighty Golf) but you don't buy a MINI using logic. You buy it because you love it. Watch what Rebecca had to say in the video below.
