Los Angeles Auto Show organizers have confirmed that this year’s event will host more than 50 new vehicle debuts, nine of which will be shown to the public for the very first time.
BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Porsche, Subaru and Volkswagen are the automakers that will introduce brand new vehicles to the world. However, most of them are still mysteries to be solved, with Porsche being the only one that has confirmed the unveiling of the new Macan in Los Angeles.
Word has it LA will also host debuts for the 2014 MINI Cooper and the 2014 Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG, but the two automakers have yet to confirm recent reports. But since the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show kicks off on November 20, we’ll probably have more info on what car manufacturers will showcase in the City of Angels.
"As the first major North American show of the season, Los Angeles sets the tone for 2014, and we expect that automakers will pull out all the stops to excite new-car buyers. In virtually every category, from the greenest electric vehicle to high-horsepower performance models, the technological advancements we are seeing today eclipse all previous automotive eras," said Terri Toennies, the LA Auto Show's new General Manager.
