We know that Ford wants its Lincoln sub-brand to become more individual and distinct from the products offered under the Blue Oval logo. The first part of this plan is for both the MKS sedan and MKT crossover to become the ambassadors for a new grille that replaces the prominent waterfall design that has proved so controversial over the years.
The design will reportedly be more subtle, but we don’t have that much to go by at the moment. Fortunately, the debut of the refreshed models is only a few weeks away, according to Carscoop, which has learned that both of these will make their presence felt at the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show in November.
"Lincoln's goal is to become world class," says Christian Bokich, a Lincoln spokesman. "So we know our current products will continue to evolve."
