2013 Lexus RX 350 F-Sport by Autoweek

If you said “crossover” back in the the 70’s, you were simply referring to a song that made its way to two or more record charts with different musical tastes. But then came the French Matra-Simca Rancho in 1977 and introduced the term in the automobile industry.

Now, every automaker has a crossover vehicle in its lineup and one of the best in the class is the Lexus RX, which got updated for 2013.

The 2013 Lexus RX 350 base model has a price tag of $39,660 (€29,754) and it is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that can put out 270 horsepower that only goes to the front wheels. For the all-wheel-drive setup you’ll have to add $1,400 (€1,050) more out of your pocket.

Standard features include an nine-speaker Premium Sound System with CD auto-player, Bluetooth/USB/iPod connectivity and Automatic Sound Levelizer (ASL), electroluminiscent instrumentation, SmartAccess with push-button Start/Stop, LCD infotainment system, HomeLink system, cruise control, 10-way power-adjustable front seats, wood and leather trimming, auto-dimming rear view mirror and a ton more features to spoil you in every way.
