At first glance, this comparison seems a bit unnatural, the Lexus CT 200h being a five-door hatch while the Acura ILX is embodied as a compact sedan. But if you look through the appearance, they are quite resembling.
First of all, both models are hybrids. Then, they both are luxury versions of more common vehicles, Toyota Prius and Honda Civic being the case here, and they are also the entry level models for each brand.
The Lexus CT 200h is like a Prius with a masters degree. With the drivetrain being identical, the CT’s additions are represented by the Lexus design and interior luxury.
In the Acura, you’ll find a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine mated to an electric motor, which is a bit down on power compared to the CT, making 111 hp, compared to the 134 of the latter.
