We recently talked about the good way in which you can place the words "supercar" and “fire” in the same sentence. We were talking about a Ferrari F40 shooting flames, but now it’s time to switch to Lamborghini.
Unfortunately, the flames are now coming from the engine compartment itself instead of the exhaust tips. It all happened in Beijing, which a brand new Lamborghini Gallardo reportedly caught fire.

As usual with this kind of supercar fires, there seems to be no apparent reason for the combustion. Despite the flames engulfing the car, the occupants managed to escape unharmed.

PS: amusingly enough, the color and rims of the vehicle are identical to those of our 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo test car.
