Time for every supercar maker to eat some humble pie – Ferrari has revealed the supercar to end all supercars.

It's called the LaFerrari, as in "THE Ferrari", and these are the very first photos of it we were able to snap at the Geneva Motor Show where it's drawing in huge crowds of people.

Its beating, living heart is the most powerful V12 ever made by Ferrari, an 800 PS 6262cc unit that also makes 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) of torque at 6,750 rpm. The LaFerrari makes an all-mighty sound, just like a screaming F1 car, and also has a 163 PS electric motor that pushed the total output to 963 PS, all channeled to the back wheels via a seven-speed DCT.

It will do 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in less than three seconds, 0-200 km/h (0-124 mph) in under seven seconds and 0-300 km/h (186 mph) in 15 seconds. Top speed is yet untested, but should be over 350 km/h (217 mph).

Bow to the god of supercars!

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
