If you thought Kymco's bikes looked cool, be prepared to see their latest creation, the K-Pipe, a small-displacement bike sporting awesome looks and offering exceptional mileage, too.
Built with Kymco's Spinal Column chassis, the bike is extremely sturdy while being actually lighter. This chassis weighs in at 11.8 kg (26 lbs) and this means more than a 30% shave-off.
By making the bike lighter, Kymco have also managed to bring the mileage to exceptional values: the K-Pipe does 2.48 l/100km (just under 95 mpg) and this can mean serious savings in the long run if used daily.
We totally dig the vertical headlight design and slim profile of this new bike. The Kymco K-Pipe will make squeezing through traffic a breeze and with 8 hp produced by the 123cc 4-stroke engine it should also run smooth and swiftly. This is one bike we'd really like to see more of, by all means.
