2013 Kia K3 aka New Forte Receives 20,000 Pre-Orders

Despite only being available in Korea, the new K3 sedan that will replace the Forte is already a success story in its domestic environment. Some 20,000 orders have already been received, according to an announcement made by Kia Motors on November 10th.

This number already exceeds the domestic sales target set by the automaker for the year. As a result, deliveries will take about a month to reach consumers.

The K3 is in fact a sedan version of the Cee’d hatchback and is offered with the same 1.6-liter GDi petrol engine producing 140 hp. It’s much better looking than the car it replaces and comes with satnav, trip computer with color display on the cluster, automatic transmission and leather seats.

Even if some people will say that Kia’s design is try-hard, it’s a compact, affordable sedan that turns heads.
