2013 Kawasaki Ninja 300 Does 191 KM/H

Some riders tend to downplay the smaller-displacement bikes, maybe because hearing someone pronouncing "300cc" is not as impressive as "1000cc" or "liter-class". Despite this prejudice, a 300cc-class bike can be really fast, and this video is just the proof for that.
Kawasaki's Ninja family members are well-known for aggressive looks and riding fast, and the smallest of the flock is not a slacker, by all means.

We kind of expected the Ninja 300 to be quite an impressive piece of machinery, but we were surprised to see it doing 191 km/h in stock trim. That is, a 300cc bike capable of doing 118.7 mph with no modifications is one really nice thing.

Now, imagine the possibilities: add an aftermarket racing-specced exhaust, slip-on or even as a full system, better air intake and some ECU fine-tuning to ditch the limitations and even load in a more aggressive timing...

No longer laughing, are we, small-displacement bashers?
