You can’t yet get your hands on a real life Veloster Turbo right now, since it’s just made its motor show debut in Detroit, but you can take it for a spin in the virtual world. Yes, the 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo will come to a console near you via Forza Motorsport 4, and all you have to do is download the free Hyundai Veloster Bonus Pack on Xbox Live.
What’s more, the pack not only gives you access to the 201 hp street car, but also to the Rhys Millen Veloster Rally Car, packing 500 hp.
We’ll remind you that in the metal, the Veloster Turbo is powered by a brand new Hyundai engine, the 1.6-liter turbocharged GDI unit that in the US version of the car puts out 201 hp and (264Nm) of torque from 1,750-4,500. Hyundai says the engine is available with either a six-speed manual or an optional automatic with wheel-mounted paddle shifters. Despite being a nimble little car, it’s also going to be economical, as Hyundai expects it will do 38 mpg highway.
