There's nothing particularly wrong with doing things by the book, especially if you're a value brand, like Hyundai is. Their 2013 Genesis Coupe ticks as many boxes as it can without shining in any one particular category.
With a large grille and new styling, the facelift model is nice to look at. The Genesis is by no means a Mustang or Camaro rival, but is a nine tenths car for eight tenths money. With a revised 3.8-liter V6 engine, it also produces impressive power figures: 348 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque.
Very few cars look good in white, but this tuned model does that, partly because it's been lowered with a custom air suspension system and partly because it's been fitted with Vossen's CV4 alloy wheels.
