There are a lot of guys out there who are chopper fans, but don't own one yet... and are looking to buy their first bike. If in search for a package bringing together the classic ageless Honda style without stepping too much on the compromise side, the 2013 Honda Rebel is the right machine.
The 2013 Honda Rebel is moved around by a parallel-twin 234cc power unit which is highway-legal and fun to ride. A 26mm constant-velocity carburetor ensures smooth and linear fuel delivery for confident acceleration, while screw-type valve adjusters boasts simple operation, yet proven to be reliable and with simple maintenance.
A solid state CDI ignition and electric start cover the convenience side, and the final transmission uses a sealed o-ring chain driven by a 5-speed gearbox. The 2013 Honda Rebel also comes with 33mm fork and dual rear shocks, single-disc front brake and a rear drum.
Like with many models for 2013, Honda has yet to announce a price, but we can tell you the 331 lbs (141.9 kg) Rebel will be available in either black or candy red.
