2013 Honda CRF250M: We Want It, Too

Honda has revealed their newest street prowler in the shape of the CRF250M, a very cool derivation of the CRF250L dual-sport on the Thailand market. With M standing for Supermoto, it's easy to figure out how cool such a bike will be, especially for those who like aggressive riding and want to mix it with daily commuting.

Unfortunately there is no word on whether the CRF250M will be available on other markets, too: and we're thinking about Europe and North America. The base model had the 21"/18" wheels replaced with the supermoto standard 17"ones, and they come in two colors: black for the red version of the bike, and golden for the black one. Hopefully Honda has made a decent progress with their golden rims, as we've seen a lot of them corroded, going dull and with all sorts of dents for no apparent reason.

The suspension is most likely updated as well, to a stiffer feel for a better grip on the asphalt and more predictable handling when riding hard. Rumor goes that the engine also got some refining in terms of ignition tuning, delivering more torque in the low and midrange for stronger acceleration, but until we see the official figures we can't say anything for sure.

One thing is however, quite clear: we'd love to see the CRF250M selling around the world!
