Honda has delivered more official info on the new bikes in the 500cc range, and official prices have been revealed for the 2013 Honda CB500F. This nifty naked street machine retails for a base $5,499 (€4,170) MSRP, and if you feel like you can't ride without ABS, adding in some $500 (€380) will do.
The 2013 CB500F brings together the best of both worlds: the manageable sporty character the CB bikes are famous for and all the modern technology Honda has been working on during the last years. Following the market trends and paying attention to what customers are looking for has lead Honda to this middleweight bike which is simply perfect for both commuting and fun.

A parallel-twin half-liter PGM-FI injected engine delivers both reliability and power, while keeping thing on the economical side, too. Brawny but unintimidating, the Honda CB500F is also perfect as a first bike: it's a forgiving one and will not be easily outgrown.

Cast wheels and a ProLink rear suspension complement a sporty frame for an upright and comfortable riding position, with ABS and large rotors providing firm and dependable stopping force. The all-new digital instrumentation is comparable to any other big machines out there and the rider gets speedometer, tachometer, clock, odometer, trip meter, real-time and average fuel consumption easy readings, and even illuminated engine diagnostic indicators.

Your searches for a naked bike packing comfort and fun in an affordable price package may have found an end. And if you want to go touring, Honda's line of dedicated accessories has it all for you.
