The Japanese automaker has focused on fuel economy and safety, while also adding new features. They called it the “the most sculpted and the most dynamic Accord yet," but it’s not that. It’s more of an evolution to make it modern.
Through aerodynamic enhancements and a brand new engine family, the Accord gets up to 36 mpg with the base 2.4-liter four-cylinder producing 185 hp and 177 pound-feet of torque, but only in combination with the optional Nissan CVT gearbox.
