The Switchback can easily change character: it can be the head-turning cruiser for city rides, or it can receive its side cases and windshield to become a light-handling tourer to carry you across the state line.

This bike is literally loaded with a lot of retro features which make it an unmistakeable classic. The huge, chromed headlight nacelle and massive forks, the large, 5”speedometer on the fuel tank, they all come from the past. Add in the full-wrap fenders and aluminium cast rims and there you go, a classic motorcycle bringing together both the glorious past and the high-tech present.

The 2013 Switchback's classic looks are backed up by the Twin Cam 103 power unit, coupled to a 6-speed gearbox allowing the rider to enjoy high torque from lower rpm and cruise with ease at highway speed. Adjustable oil immersion damping for the cigar tube rear shocks will easily change suspension so it fits your riding style.

Finally, the next year's Switchback comes with full length floorboards for the rider; they're fitted with rubber vibration insulation for the ultimate comfort during long trips. The base price is $16,199 (€12,359) and ABS is optional.
