Word has it the 2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is one heck of a pickup truck. While we can't disagree, we would like to add that the Shelby version manage to take the extreme truck even higher.
And if you're tempted to think that the snake-badged F-150 SVT is the meanest and most performant truck out there, you'd better look into TAG Motorsports' Raptor. First of all, the V8 mill now packs no less than 600 bhp, 25 bhp more than the Shelby, thanks to a Roush stage 2 supercharger system.
Then there's a batch of other upgrades that have been added to the truck, including a Roush boost gauge, Koost header system, Kooks high flow cats, and a black Corsa exhaust system. The Ford also gained a Pace Edwards electronic bed cover, red bead lock rings, and bespoke embroidered headrests.
Anything else? We really think it's more than enough, but we would sure like to see Shelby fight back...
