The folks over in Dubai like their Ferrari quite a lot. In fact, we'd be as bold as to say to say this is the second home of the Prancing Horse.
Making its local market debut there, the Ferrari 458 Speciale was uncovered yesterday at the 2013 Dubai Motor Show, and we have to fresh videos to prove it, courtasy of Shmee150 and 4WheelsofLux. Sema is going on right now, but we think the numbers pretty much speak for themselves when it comes to the 458 Speciale.

This track car with license plates had its 4.5-liter V8 pushed to 605 hp at 9,000 rpm and 540 Nm (lb-ft) at 6,000 rpm. Weigh reduction, carbon ceramic brakes and a race-inspired interior are just some of the features that will clip a few seconds of your Abu Dhabi lap time, provided of course you can afford the most expensive V8 Ferrari.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
