5000 horsepower is the power figure made by the V16 hypercar that's got the "Made in Dubai" sticker on it. It's called the Devel Sixteen and that's exactly how old you have to be to believe this thing will actually go 560 km/h like they say it does.
Officially reveled at the Dubai Motor Show yesterday, this little know machine has the ook of a Lamborghini Egoista about it, with a hint of the Veneno at the back.
We don't even know where all that power is going, or if the tires ca cope with with 560 km/h (348 miles per hour) or 0 to 100 km/h tire-shredding acceleration in 1.8 seconds.
We're not even sure what to make of this car, which looks both expensive and cheap at the same time. The rear exhaust pipes which look like afterburners kind of clinch it as a cliche car.
The car was revealed in front of the Crown Prince of Dubai who was interested in the car, for quite obvious reasons of national pride.
