There’s no way of sugar-coating it, the 427 is probably the best convertible Corvette ever from a performance side of things. And while it’s no C1 classic, we also think its body kit and big stripes make it look very much like the sportscar that it is.
The Corvette is 60 years old now, but it’s nice to see they haven’t gone all soft and retro. In the first official video promoting the 427 Convertible, they went for a romantic feel, as the performance drop-top puts out 60 candles in a row arranged by the side of the track.
