General Motors has released full details and an extensive gallery of the 2013 Chevrolet Traverse, a model that has received a mid-life facelift and will be shown at the 2012 New York International Auto Show.
The first thing you’ll notice about the Traverse is that it now has a grille with three thin chrome bars instead of just mesh. It also has two bars in the lower grille, which are also present design-wise in the foglight surrounds.
Also new are the hood, headlights and the corners of the lower bumper. Round the back, the taillights, bumper and tailgate has all received some changes.
Inside, GM has introduced a new center stack with incorporated 6.5-inch color touch radio with the available Chevrolet MyLink system. The 2013 Traverse marks the introduction of a very important safety innovation - the front center airbag that stops the passengers in the front from hitting each other.
