Designed to deliver top performance, the injected power unit is coupled to an automatic transmission with dual-range operation and engine braking. Selecting between the 2WD and 4WD modes couldn't be any easier: the 2013 Can-Am Maverick RS 1000 switches to all-wheel drive with just a push of a button, on the fly.

Fully-adjustable FOX Podium shocks equip the independent suspensions and allow a great wheel travel to complement the 13” (33 cm) ground clearance, for safe and easy passage over the roughest obstacles. Perfect for long rides thanks to its spacious tank holding up to 10 gal (37.8 l) of fuel, the 2013 Can-Am Maverick RS 1000 can also haul up to 200 lbs (91kg) on the rear rack, with added 8 gal (31 l) of cockpit storage.

The 2013 Can-Am Maverick RS 1000 comes with a base price of $15,999 (€11,975) and is pre-wired for winch installation.
