A whole line of derivatives from the XTS luxury sedan has been unveiled by the GM Fleet & Commercial Division. We think it’s kind of sad that a brand new model, a flagship of the range, has already become a funeral hearse.
Of the three variants, only the Livery sedan has been extensively detailed, and that’s because while this is built in GM’s factories, the other two are outsourced to “a small network of professional vehicle companies who are authorized to build these.”

Cadillac spokesperson David Caldwell said that the Lincoln Town Car "has for a long time been the far-and-away market leader for these – and that will likely continue to be the case. But we are doing something specific for this, in a different direction."

Instead, they are going for quality with the Livery Package offers Magnetic Ride Control suspension, Air-leveling rear suspension, HID headlights, Brembo brakes, 19-inch alloy wheels, passive entry, remote start, a rear vision camera and obstacle detection system, plus the CUE system.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
