Since the US Market won't be receiving the new F20 M135i model and the American customers have to settle for the E82 135is, everyone seems to be taking a second look at the incredible 1er Coupe from BMW.
The strong little car is as close to the incredible 1M Coupe as you can get right now. Since the limited edition beast ran out of production after just 6,331 units all you can do now is go for the 135is which has only 20 HP less (320 vs 340) and 70 less Nm torque (430 vs 500).
Now a big difference and the 2013 135is shows it with pride. It still has that fun feel to it and the manual gearbox along with the lightweight construction will definitely bring a smile on your face every time you drive it, as the guys from Ridelust found out.
It's a bit expensive, starting at around $43,000 (€33,000) but it's worth every penny.
