Electronic Arts will join forces with Shelby American to auction off a 2012 Shelby GT500 Super Snake Need for Speed Edition. We are talking about a custom ‘Stang that you can also drive in the game. In fact, the car will even be on the cover of the game and its real-world version will be displayed at multiple worldwide events.

According to duPont Registry, the auction is set to be held late next year, with the proceeds going to the Carroll Shelby Foundation, which aims to help kids and young adults with serious illness with educational matters.
