The Roush RS3 is already a familiar face, with the 540 hp machine offering a postmodern definition of "American muscle". However, Roush has now though about those who like what the car has to offer, but want more exclusivity.
Thus, the Roush RS3 Hyper-Series was born. This is an offer that really can't be refused if you're a fan of the genre, since it offers the same tech goodies, which not only brings impressive straight line performance, but also allows you to reach lateral acceleration of over 1G, but comes with special interior and exterior features, being a limited edition.

Basically, we are talking about exterior graphic and interior colors. The vehicle can be dressed in "Mat It Mango", "Gas It Green", "Punch It Purple", and "Launch It Lemon". The exterior side graphics are matched by a special stripe.

In the cabin, you get a matching suede finish for the door panels, a pair of gear shifter knobs (one matches the car's color and the other one is black(, as well as custom boot stitching.

Only 25 units of each color will be offered, each car receiving its unique serial number, with sales scheduled to start in October.

"The 2012 RS3 Mustang has been a big hit with our customers and enthusiasts. Not just because of the RS3's power and handling performance, but also because of the 288 graphics and paint color combinations that can be selected," says Gary Jurick, VP and General Manager of ROUSH Performance. "The Hyper-Series introduces four spectacular and unique graphics and interior colors that provide a customized appearance to the RS3."
