2012 Porsche 911 Carrera S Real World Exhaust Sound

Before you go ahead and dismiss us for showing you a video of a car that was revealed all they was back in September, we’re going to tell you that we have a very good reason for doing this. This is probably the first, but if not surely the best quality video of an actual 991 generation Porsche 911, a brand new sportscar that created a lot of commotion at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show.
The video uploaded by RacingEngineV8 shows a total of three brand new Carrera S models, filmed in Italy. We’re talking about the metallic exhaust sound made by the new 3.8-liter flat-six engine coming out of quad exhaust pipes. The rear-mounted lump is capable of revving to 7,400 rpm, where it delivers its 400 horsepower payload.

Also, this is a really good way to check out the brand new taillight design, which is inspired by the mighty 918, and the fresh rear wing.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
