The SLS infulences can also be found in the interior, which comes with a bold-designed center console and a special clock that is mounted at the top of the dasboard.

The commercial highlights the goodies that will be found on the vehicle (some of them are known friends, while others are new features): intelligent light system with adaptive light functions, DISTRONIC PLUS with PRE-SAFE brake, dynamic handling package with adaptive suspension, the Airscarf system that warms the head and the neck, sun-reflective leather that reduced the heating of the seats, COMAND online with Internet access, innovative draft stop system named AIRGUIDE and the previously presented panoramic vario-roof with MAGIC SKY CONTROL.

The last one is a piece of engineering genious - you can read about it by following this link.

As for the powerplants that will be offered by the 2012 incarnation of the SLK, the promotional clip porises that we’ll get “new powerful engines with direct injection”. All the units will be eco-conscious, as the clip mentions: “ECO stop-start function for all the powerplants in the range”.
