2012 Mercedes-Benz A-Class Spied During Official Photo Shoot

Mercedes-Benz has recently taken the new A-Class to the Spanish island of Lanzarote, the Canary Islands, in order to create the press photos and videos of the compact. However, the official photographers were not the only ones shooting the car: a member of a cycling team that was riding in the area managed to catch the vehicle on camera fully naked.
This is the five-door hatchback version, the first to arrive, with the vehicle set to make its official debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March. As you can see in the video, the model is wearing generously-sized alloy rims, as well as a sporty bodykit, which means that we are dealing with either the AMG sports package, or the still unofficial A25 AMG hot hatch version of the car.

If we are looking at the latter, it means that the hood probably conceals a four-cylinder turbocharged petrol unit delivering up to 300 hp, which are being sent to the road via all four wheels.

Mercedes could decide to give us some photos/details of the car following the release of this spy video, so stay tuned to see more.
