2012 Kawasaki Brute Force 750 4x4i ATV Presented

The latest addition to the big-bore sport utility ATV range has just been launched by Kawasaki, showing how the “Beauty and the Beast” Disney tale would look like if it was a four-wheeled monster: the 2012 Kawasaki Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS.

Mixing ‘brute force’ with attractive styling, the beast features a host of improvements for the new model year, with updates noticeable throughout four different versions for a better product offering.

Now available with power steering, the 2012 Brute Force 750 will also be offered in a special SE model, which features a Metallic Tungsten Gray finish with unique graphics and cast aluminum wheels. A Brute Force Realtree APG HD camouflage version will also be available, using lightweight neutral-toned camo that is printed using a high-definition imaging process.

Performance wise, the new ATV from Kawasaki is fitted with a 749ccV-twin engine and fully automatic continuously variable transmission (CVT), while coming with a towing capacity of no less than 1,250 lbs (567 kg).

In terms of design, the new Brute Force 750 4x4i benefits form dual 35-watt headlights and a covered hood storage compartment, improved cargo racks, redesigned hood, fenders, bumper and headlight areas, as well as from a new set of black, six-spoke cast aluminum wheels come standard wrapped in 25-inch tires.

As for the EPS system, Kawasaki explained in a statement how it works: “Turning the bars causes a signal to be sent to the electronic power steering control unit, initiating power assist. The control unit monitors inputs from the vehicle speed sensor and steering shaft torque sensor to determine the amount of power assistance required from the system’s electric motor.”

Available in Aztec Red, the 2012 Kawasaki Brute Force 750 4x4i will be priced as follows: 750 4x4i - $9,299; 750 4x4i EPS - $9,999; 750 4x4i EPS (SE) - $10,349.
