2012 Dodge Charger Pursuit Gets Mopar Accessories

Dodge has put its Mopar parts and accessories division to work in order to release the new 2012 Charger Pursuit with no less than six police equipment packs, in order to allow customers to have the right tool for the job.

However, before we get to the rugged details, we’ll take a short look under the hood, where we find a choice of two engines: a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 that delivers 292 hp and a 5.7-liter Hemi V8, which allows officers to use 370 hp for PIT maneuvers. Since we are in an era when fuel efficiency is crucial, Chrysler said that it has made efforts to offer a product that meets this request, with the V6-powered Charger Pursuit returning 27 mph on the highway.

It’s now time to see what Mopar has prepared for law enforcers. Like we said, customers can choose between six packages, which offer audible warning, emergency lighting, as well as communication and safety equipment.

How badly to you want to catch that criminal? Depending on the answer, you can also take a dive in the list of optional Mopar goodies, which includes 24 items, such as grille lights and a push bumper.
