2012 Chevrolet Volt Bewilders and Upsets in Gas Station

Chevrolet has just introduced a new commercial for the Volt to its Youtube channel, featuring a little kid that asks some probing questions about what the extended rage electric vehicle is doing in a gas station. By doing this, the automaker wants to get the message across that this car is all about progress that can’t easily be understood by us petrol-lovers.
The owner of this Volt stops at a gas station and he looks like he needs to go when a kid ask what he’s doing if the car is electric. Of course, the Volt can switch between its electric mode and range-extended one, and the owner is eventually forced to full up in the follow-up commercial, as the station employee won’t let him use the bath unless he is a customer.

The Volt is thus explained as being "Electric when you want it, gas when you need it". Make sure you don’t rug it in at gas stations.
