2011 SEMA: Toyota Yaris B-Spec Club Racer

A bit earlier, we showed you a SEMA-bound Toyota Tacoma destined for off-road racing and it is now time to tell you that the Japanese carmaker will also give us an on-road racer at the event: the Yaris B-Spec Club Racer.
This will be entered in the SCCA B-spec class race category next year, having Action Sports Star and BMX legend Jamie Bestwick behind the wheel aiming to qualify for and compete in the 2012 SCCA National Championship Runoffs.

The project was created by SportsCar Magazine, which used an all-new Yaris as a base, aiming to show that fun, low-cost racing can exist.
